Superb Coach House converted into holiday lets with a modern twist, sleeps two people and allows well behaved dogs. With amazing views & a hot tub (subject to hire) secure garden and acres of secure land to explore with your dog this is the perfect get away close to home (if you live in Yorkshire) close by to main shops & bigger cities like Manchester / Sheffield if you cant keep away from the retail therapy. Endless walks, public footpaths and reservoirs to explore which are featured on our 'Further afield' page.
Lovely touch with a welcome bottle of prosecco & complimentary robes for use in the hot tub!
A wonderful little cottage in an AONB so the views are really perfect.
we stayed as a family of four & dog, there are walks straight from the secured garden and dog friendly pubs only 5 min away, we was close to everything we wanted, talacre beach, Snowdonia, Llandudno, & came across so much more whilst there, many waterfalls & woods.
to be able to come back to this cosy cottage was the best part of our holiday after a long walk, nothings better than a hot bath, as the cottage has a 4 piece suit bathroom!
We have just visited and Approved the Riverdale Lodges in West Tanfield..
It's only 1.5hours away from Hull. From the moment we arrived, Everything was very Dog friendly
& All you may need has been thought of in advance
Even small touches like a treat jar for Enzo, personalized for him too.
Milk, bread, butter, jam, coffee, tea, biscuits, crisps and much more to get you started.
Amazing River Views & Wonderful walks on your doorstep (if your dog loves swimming this is the place for you!)
Sleeps 6, very comfortably we was all very impressed with the beds and pillow comfort. Secure Balcony for Enzo but a great big enclosed field right behind the lodges with access to another woodland walk
Quiet, relaxing, peaceful the sound of the running river when you opened the huge French doors was just bliss.
Free WiFi indoors and out around the full site.
Would recommend and visit again! But hopefully for longer this time.
The Buck Inn is a perfect place to stay after a day of hiking around Malham, they are very dog friendly, they catered not only for us but also for Enzo with his own doggie menu in the restaurant in front of the open fire! The room was very comfortable and the staff are really friendly happy to help in any way they could. location is great for walking to the Janet Foss waterfall
Karen's Kottages Northumberland, close to Hadrian's wall, many dog friendly pubs and so many walks, including Kielder Wood and waters which we visited and was so impressed the amount of places to explore, only problem is we wished we had stayed longer! The cottage provided everything you would need and more with great little touches like tags for the dogs with the cottage address on just encase for any reason they got lost! Small yard at the front, connected to the neighbours which was all lovely and parking is on street.
